With a background in the heavy truck industry as a technical advisor, Marc values customer service and has a strong sense of responsibility.

For 13 years, he was a dedicated caregiver to his disabled mother and Alzheimer's-afflicted father, demonstrating his empathy and attentive listening skills.

Passionate about outdoor activities, he enjoys hiking, camping and winter sports. He is also an avid scuba diver and reader.
